Budget Consolidation Courses Starting September 2025
Practical financial management training for Thai businesses and finance professionals
We've developed these courses after working with dozens of Bangkok companies struggling with disconnected budget systems. Learn methods we use every day—not theoretical frameworks, but actual processes that help businesses track spending across departments and make better financial decisions.
September to November 2025 Schedule
Small group sessions limited to twelve participants. Each course meets twice weekly for hands-on work with real budget consolidation scenarios.

Budget Consolidation Basics
Start with department-level budget tracking and work up to company-wide consolidation. We cover the spreadsheet techniques our clients use daily, plus introduce basic automation tools. Good fit if you're managing budgets manually right now.

Multi-Entity Budget Management
Built for finance teams handling multiple business units or subsidiaries. We show you consolidation workflows that work when departments use different systems. Includes variance analysis and reporting structures we've tested with actual clients.
Who Teaches These Courses
Our instructors spend most of their time doing client work. They teach because they want to share what actually works in Bangkok's business environment—and honestly, because they enjoy it.

Anirut Wongsakul
Lead Instructor
Spent eight years fixing budget systems for manufacturing companies in Samut Prakan. Teaches the fundamentals course because he remembers what it's like to inherit a mess of spreadsheets.

Pensri Lertchai
Senior Consultant
Works with retail chains managing budgets across twenty-plus locations. Teaches the advanced course and brings real examples from recent projects—both successful consolidations and a few that didn't go as planned.

Somchai Ratanaporn
Technical Specialist
Handles the automation and systems integration parts of both courses. Previously built budget consolidation tools for a hotel group. Good at explaining technical concepts without making you feel lost.
How Enrollment Works
We keep groups small so everyone gets individual attention. Here's what happens between now and course start.
